Fall is a fantastic time to explore, not only are the leaves beautiful, but there is so much going on to enjoy. Fall Outdoor Play and Poetry: A Stick is an Excellent Thing
Fall is an absolutely wonderful time to venture outdoors, explore nature, and play. The weather is often tolerable in most places and the changing of seasons provides a ton of play things (leaves, acorns, etc.). We recently added a morning basket to our homeschool day with a focus one day each week on poetry and nature.
