Thank you Mom’s Night In Subscription Box for providing me with all the products in exchange for this review. All opinions expressed are 100% my own.
Being a mom can be tough. We often have a million and one things to do, a house to clean, dinner to make, laundry to fold, and that work stuff that you brought home in hopes to finish once everyone went to bed! More often than not it’s hard to find the time, energy, or even money for a good mom’s night out.
Cue Mom’s Night In Subscription! They offer a once a month all inclusive relaxing evening that you can use on your own time from the comfort of your home and in your PJ’s. When you order a Mom’s Night In box you will receive everything you need to refresh, relax, and rejuvenate yourself for whatever may lie ahead. Each month has a different theme, but the same end result… a relaxed and refreshed mama! Did I mention that you can do it all while in your PJ’s… because that is my favorite part?
Mom’s Night In
This past month I received the “Keep Calm and Art On” themed Mom’s Night In box. It took me a few weeks before I actually found the time to open it up and enjoy, but it was so fun once I did.
So what was inside:
- Day In The Life Of Mom coloring book
- colored pencils with a pencil sharpener
- two tea light candles
- an essential oil blend roll on lipgloss with Sunflower Oil and Awaken Oils (love, love it)
- tea
- lip scrub
- a deck of motivational cards.
- Chocolate Caramels (umm yum)
- Themed Pandora sountrack if you go to their website.
The whole process of it was relaxing! A little lip scrub and essential oil lipgloss followed by some delicious chocolate caramels, while I colored my way through pictures of dirty laundry, spilt cups of juice on the living room floor, and more hilarious pictures that totally sum up #momlife. I completed the experience with a warm cup of tea as I read through the motivational cards by candlelight. Even if you only have 30 minutes, it’s amazing what 30 minutes can do for your soul.
There isn’t a single thing that I didn’t thoroughly enjoy from this experience. I was only sad that there wasn’t an endless supply of chocolate caramels.
Not only would I highly recommend this for any mom, I also recommend sending it to a friend. You can probably think of at least a handful of mamas that could SEVERELY use a nice treat like this!
