Lottie Dolls: A Girl’s Favorite Toy

August 25, 2017 By Dani Wagner Leave a Comment

*This is a review of Lottie Dolls, all opinions expressed in this review are my own honest thoughts.

When our kids are young, we as parents try to give them fun toys that they will love, but also toys that will provide educational and creative learning opportunities. I especially love dolls that match up with the personalities of my three girls or inspire them in some way. When I was first asked to team up with Lottie Dolls, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

However, after looking into their company and their history I knew this was something I could stand beside. They allow kids to use their imaginations and help create these wonderful dolls. So not only are they a great toy but they are inspired by actual kids.

Lottie Dolls Review

Size

I love the size of our Muddy Puddles. She fits perfectly in all of our doll house furniture. She is the perfect size for the little hands of my 3-year-old twins. Lottie dolls seem to be in between the Fisher Price Loving Family dolls and Barbie dolls in regards to size.

Accessories

These dolls are not lacking in the accessory department. Muddy Puddles came fully dressed with an adorable and well made outfit complete with raincoat and boots for all of her outdoor rainy adventures. Additional accessories consist of Biscuit the Beagle ,her trusty sidekick and best friend. Also available is a Persian Cat, horse, picnic set, scooter set, pirate set, and so much more.

Quality

Muddy Puddles, Biscuit, and all of their belongings seem to be made very well. So far they have withheld the playful hands of three girls plus a few friends and a puppy. The clothes especially seem to be of high quality which is often hard to find.

Functionality

I absolutely love that Muddy Puddles is able to stand on her own. The girls love putting the dog leash in her hand and standing her up. For some reason they get a real kick out of this. Her arms and legs move with ease so she is able to be positioned and played with easily.

Overall

I think what I love most about these dolls is that they are inspiring. These dolls have amazing personalities and themes including a Fossil Hunter, Butterfly Protector, and Kite Flyer (which is the Boy doll). Muddy Puddles will most definitely be accompanying my girls on their next puddle jumping expedition and many more outdoor adventures as well. For me, that kind of inspiration is wonderful.
