Back to School Books to Prepare for that First Day

August 11, 2017 By Dani Wagner 2 Comments

I don’t know about you, but this time of year is bitter-sweet. The end of August brings the early onset signs of Fall (which I LOVE), the smell of sharpened pencils, but also the end of summer. By now some of you have already been in school for a few weeks and others only have a few sweet, sweet days of summer left. I am so excited for this new school year and the consistency of our days that comes with it.

Back to school for us means the start of Kindergarten for Miss B, the last year of preschool for the sweet boys that I watch, and the beginning of 3-year-old preschool for Tuna and Shrimp. So much excitement on the horizon for us. With that comes questions about school and growing up, so in today’s post I wanted to share some back to school books that can help ease your little ones back into the school year or help prepare them for their new grade level.

I have three year old and no school for another two years but I do love the books you share. I can’t wait to read about school to my son.

Thank you Lauren! I only have one starting school but it’s still fun.
