So, here’s to you moms! May you have a wonderful Mother’s Day, not just on this May holiday but each and every day. Your sanity, patience, hard work, love, compassion, and tears do not go unnoticed. You are loved even on the roughest of all days, may you never forget that.

As a mom, I encourage you to make time for yourself. If reading isn’t your thing, find hobbies or ways to get a few minutes just for YOU. You would be amazed at what 5-10 minutes can do for your sanity. 10 minutes of Pinterest, a quick run when the husband gets home, grocery shopping SOLO, or a mani/pedi can be just what you need to recharge and continue to give your kids all that they need.

What do you do for YOU? How do you make the much needed time for yourself?
